You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. maxtaricono.mobi is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and does not endorse any opinions expressed in such content.

maxtaricono.mobi reserves the right to monitor, review, and remove any User-Generated Content at its sole discretion and without notice. However, we are not obligated to do so.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for ensuring that your payment method is valid and up to date.

maxtaricono.mobi reserves the right to change its pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance, and your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation policy provided on our website.

In the event of a payment dispute, you must contact us within 30 days of the charge. Failure to do so will constitute your acceptance of the charge.

In no event shall maxtaricono.mobi’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either you or maxtaricono.mobi. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. maxtaricono.mobi may terminate these Terms and your access to the services at any time, without notice, for conduct that maxtaricono.mobi believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the services, maxtaricono.mobi, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the services. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of these Terms does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to such termination.
